The Norwegian Association of Pharmacists
The Norwegian Association of Pharmacists (NFF) is a professional association for pharmacists. The members consist of working pharmacists, retired pharmacists and pharmacy students. NFF has approximately 2900 members.
NFF works towards safeguarding the members’ economic, social and professional interests and to promote a high standard of professional skills and ethics among its members. The association takes an active part in developing the profession and addressing health policy issues.
NFF is the oldest professional association in Norway and also the oldest association for pharmacists in the Nordic countries.
NFF is a member of both EuroPharm Forum and FIP - International Pharmaceutical Federation.
Anyone holding a bachelor- or master degree in Pharmacy equal to Norwegian standards while living in Norway, can be accepted as a member of NFF. Foreign students who study pharmacy in Norway can be accepted as student members. Norwegian pharmacists living abroad and Norwegian citizens studying to become pharmacists abroad can also be members.
